Once you've gotten in touch, I like to plan a quick, no-obligation phone call or Teams call to meet, we can discuss your plans, and you can check the vibes to see if I'm the right photographer for you!

Quotation

I will send you a formal quote, through my booking system, based on the discussions we've had and you can take some time to review.

If you're happy to go ahead you can accept the quote and next step is invoicing and booking!

03.

Booking Deposit

I will send an invoice with your full quoted amount broken down into installments (makes it easier to budget!).

The booking deposit, usually 20% of the total amount, is needed to secure your date. THEN YOU'RE IN!

04.

Contract

Around the same time as I send the invoice, I'll send a Contract for you to review. Take your time to read over it and don't hesitate to reach out to me with questions.

You can sign, I will co-sign, you can keep a copy for your records, everyone's happy :)
